Process
- Assess current state of the business including identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Clarify vision and goals.
- Establish marketing, sales and operating plans.
- Develop a financial plan including review of historical performance and a 3 to 5 year financial projection.
- Define capital requirements.
- Formulate action plans that establish priorities, identify resources, assign accountability and clear obstacles.
- Document a method of ongoing review that tracks progress and measures success.
Results
A comprehensive plan, with supporting financials, that defines objectives and details the activities and processes that will drive results and move the business forward.
